Our Story
Our story began back in 2014, when our daughter was having health issues. We needed to look at what we were eating as a family, and eliminate possible food allergens.
It did not take long to discover that the store bought almond milks contained very little nuts, and a lot of nasties like preservatives, carrageenan, xanthan gum, sweeteners and oils!
We started exploring making our own almond Milk. It did not take long to realise how delicious it was compared to the store bought options, and as we continued to improve our recipe, we could see the potential and need for a fresh and pure plant based milk alternative!
After testing and perfecting our manufacturing process to achieve a 100% pure, cold pressed, creamy and great tasting Mylk, NutMylk was born in 2015. The Paddock Bakery in Burleigh Heads, being the first café to support us on our journey.
We are very passionate about our pure, fresh Mylks, and what we put into them. Our cold pressed Almont milk contains at least 10% of Australian insecticide free almonds and only filtered water.
NutMylk’s range of plant based Mylk’s has now grown to include Almond, Coconut, Hemp, Macadamia and Cashew.
Each week we deliver to local health food stores, cafes and restaurants on the Gold Coast, Northern NSW, Byron Bay and Brisbane.
Our products are produced in our commercial facility in beautiful Burleigh Heads, where we continue to test and refine new products.
